Summary
You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist, Deputy Department Head Code 61 in the Life Cycle Logistics Department of NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14.
Current permanent employees of UIC 65726, DoD Military Spouse Preference (MSP) eligibles, DoD Military Reserve (MR) and National Guard (NG) Technician Preference eligibles and DoD Retained Grade Preference eligibles, and VEOA eligibles.
You will lead employees toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals.

You will manage and track financial information including planned versus actual costs, earned value management, direct work hour/year execution, financing execution, new funds targets, and fiscal year carryover planning.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11/12 grade level or NT-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating experience in leadership, integrated logistical support and/or product support and sustainment.
