Summary

You will diagnose, locate, and repair malfunctions to the main operating mechanical components of large heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems (HVAC) such as compressors, cooling coils, air handlers, water control valves.
You will use trade tools and test equipment such as voltage, amperage, and ohm meters, electronic refrigerant leak detectors, temperature gauges, capacitors, and analyzers.
You may be required to perform Forklift operation.
You will analyze water for pH factor, acidity content, and total dissolved solids (TDS) and maintain the proper chemical levels in accordance with manufacturer's recommended levels.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
