You will apply expert knowledge of the Intelligence Community’s (IC) sources and methods to perform oversight on highly complex all-source analysis on a wide variety of foreign maritime issues impacting collection initiatives.
You will plan, task, monitor and review in-depth foreign maritime assessments in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers.
You will ensure full manning and the application of all appropriate retention strategies.
You will collaborate with peers and executive-level officials across the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and Navy communities to secure concurrence on strategic-level analysis that inform decision-making by leadership.
You will oversee Special Access Program (SAP) and Controlled Access Program (CAP) physical and personnel security requirements.

Plan, direct, assign, lead, and monitor the work of staff members to improve execution of maritime collection initiatives.
