As a Supervsiory Management and Program Anayst, GS-0343-15, you will be responsible for:

•  Performing organizational, productivity, and other special analyses that result in specific recommendations to effectively correct/eliminate discrepancies in administrative operations and financial management.
•  Providing oversight and management in the overall budget process. Coordinates annual contractual requirements and funds to support reimbursable agreements with other agencies for funding.
•  Coordinating and implementing all internal administrative matters such as human capital management, financial management and contracts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification Requirements

You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-15, if you possess the specialize experience.
Specialized Experience for the GS-15

One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-14 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:

1. Experience conducting organizational, productivity, and special analyses, delivering actionable recommendations to address and resolve discrepancies within administrative operations and financial management processes.
2. Experience providing oversight and management of the overall budget process, including coordinating annual contractual requirements and allocating funds to support reimbursable agreements with other agencies.
3. Experience coordinating and implementing a wide range of internal administrative matters, covering areas to include human capital management, financial management, or contract administration.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). 1.  Ability to use qualitative and quantitative techniques for measuring effectiveness, efficiency and productivity.
2.  Skill in financial management and budgetary policies, processes, and procedures as related to OMB requirements and of authorization and appropriations processes
3.  Knowledge of human resources programs and services, and OPM principles and policies.

Education cannot be substituted for experience for this position and grade level.
