Duties

Help

Assist with the development of goals, and objectives and monitors BAMC clinic compliance with methods with operation
Prepare and edit manuscripts and reports.
Conduct periodic team coordination meetings and program reviews to ensure full understanding and communication on critical program issues, budget, and plan schedule.
Compile and maintain information concerning CBPCC requirements for accreditation.
Determine indicators of effectiveness for health promotion programs.
Develop and assist with implementing and monitoring metrics for CBPCC programs to provide a corporate indicator of success.

A Personnel Security Investigation is required.

Moderate to heavy lifting up to 15 pounds may be required
Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizations depending on the type of position.

Qualifications

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes utilizing automated systems for preparation or processing of health care administrative functions, compiling data to generate expenditure reports for clinic management and conducting studies to monitor operations to enhance efficiency of clinical staff. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
