You will lead a team of no fewer than five General Service (GS) Electronics Technicians at GS-12 grade in the execution of work assignments, testing requirements, and administrative functions.

You will develop test plan based on AWP, schedule, modernization work integration, SUBMEPP guidance, working with Lead Maintenance Activity (LMA) production management and technical experts.
You will be prioritizing testing, resolving conflicts, liaising with external activities and, establishing and maintaining testing schedules.
You will oversee and coordinate functional checkout, grooming, adjustment, and test of new or modernized Submarine combat and non-propulsion electronics systems in a SWFTS-systems federated or qualifications test environment.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
