  • Maintain work reports and records to provide data to personnel.

  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.

However, you must be able to demonstrate, through experience shown in your written application materials that you possess the sufficient knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the work of this position without more than normal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) Electronics Mechanic Supervisor ~ without more than normal supervision. - I have the ability to perform common duties by determining how many assignments can be done concurrently, which ones must be delayed, and the number and types of employees needed, considering skills, personnel materials, and equipment available and required. Work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed. Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

  • Physicals Effort: Work involves standing on concrete floors, bending, stooping, and kneeling, and occasionally cramped or awkward positions. Continuously handles objects weighing from 10 to 40 pounds and occasionally those weighing over 40 pounds.
  • Working Conditions: Works in well lighted, heated and ventilated shop areas or missile sites where occasionally there is inclement weather. Subject to cuts, bruises, falls, and broken bones, and shock or burns caused by high voltage energy and soldering irons.
