Formulates and implements marketing policy and procedure for MWR programs.
Develops sales, promotional and merchandising strategies, brochures and pamphlets.
Directs subordinate staff in assisting managers market and promote their programs. This includes advertising, event marketing, sales campaigns, sales promotions, radio and television production graphic art design, and development of MWR publications.
Develops long and short-range marketing operation plans.
Assists program managers develop internal customer service training programs.
