Oversee the procurement processes and controls for use of the Government Purchase Card (GPC).
Direct the supply and service support programs provided to military, government civilian, and contractor personnel.
Monitor the progress toward implementation of strategic logistics plans.
Develop strategic plans and administers and evaluates medical supply programs and functions to ensure overall division mission accomplishment.
Oversee the work of subordinate supervisors who perform supply chain management, acquisition, and equipment management functions.
Monitor work performance to ensure effective accomplishment of goals and objectives and adherence to policies and directives.
Evaluate any adjustments in plans as needed to meet unanticipated projects and changing requirements and funding.
Approve the development and maintenance of logistics metrics that highlight program successes and deficiencies and drive strategic continuous process improvement.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Tier 3(Secret): This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility or a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
