The United States Space Force (USSF) National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is searching for an Intelligence Specialist, GEOINT-Terrestrial Flight (GG-0132-07).
Description:
The 4th Intelligence Analysis Squadron is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intelligence Specialist for a developmental role within our GEOINT-Terrestrial Flight. Operating as a professional imagery analyst in the national intelligence community, the ideal candidate will support complex taskings and manage production and Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) requirements. This position is responsible for upholding rigorous quality assurance and technical accuracy standards while producing critical assessments essential for senior leaders and national decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will have already completed required foundational IMINT training and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent level of professional experience. They should be proficient in advanced intelligence analysis techniques and methodologies, as well as skilled in the use of various IC and DoD systems, databases, and tools essential for intelligence processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED). We are seeking someone with experience in imagery exploitation, preferably with a background in space intelligence analysis, who has also participated in intelligence production teams or complex analytical projects and demonstrates a strong knowledge of IC and DoD organizations and their respective roles.
Key Skills and Abilities:
1. Knowledge of a wide range of intelligence processing and exploitation methods, techniques, and practices using multi-source intelligence information to process, exploit and disseminate intelligence information in a usable form that directly or indirectly affects national security.
2. Knowledge of advanced USAF and national ISR process, exploit, and disseminate (PED) capabilities, systems, and multi-source intelligence production policies to process and exploit semi-complex to complex information/situations attained from multiple sources.
3. Knowledge of the national intelligence community, Joint, DoD structure, organizations, and mission/functions, inter-relationships, and operations.
4. Skill in conducting unbiased and difficult research, identify appropriate available systems/data sources, and produce intelligence requirements assessments that answer specific tasks to link and leverage agency capabilities and to develop new methods, approaches, or procedures.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing, in working out solutions to problems or questions related to the work, writing clear and concise intelligence products, and delivering written and/or verbal presentations to senior level audiences for decision-making purposes.
6. Ability to maintain control of classified material, assimilate disparate data, render knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implication of such data estimates, and make effective recommendations under conditions of urgency and pressure.
This position is covered by the DCIPS and subject the incumbent to those examinations and / or tests that are necessary to obtain and retain a security clearance and any special accesses required by the position in accordance with AFI 36-1101.

Incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
The employee may be required to travel in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments.
This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program.
A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
Promotion potential is authorized up to the GG-12.
Incumbent may be subject to psychological screening/ polygraph testing as an inherent primary requirement of their position.
