Advises leaders on force resourcing and management issues associated with proposed approaches, and as indicated by analyses, recommends optimized alternatives.
Contributes expertise in application of concepts, regulations, policies, and processes governing the commitment of Cyber workforce assets to planned actions.
Assesses and recommends analytical methods and courses of action (COAs) to be employed to define workforce requirements.
Contributes to the planning, execution, and after-action analysis of Joint exercises used, in part, to assess the effectiveness of GFM strategies.
Represents the interests of the Command and its special role in the cyberspace program and makes substantive contributions to these groups' analyses and recommendations.
Develops and maintains the personnel annexes for a variety of contingency, emergency, and mobilization plans.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information access and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam.
Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
Incumbent will he required to be available for other than normal duty hours to include weekends to support exercises and crisis planning.
TDY will be required up to 10% of the time. Incumbent may be required to travel by military and/or commercial aircraft in the performance of assigned tasks.
Must successfully pass urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter according to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program.
