GS-07 One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Preparing basic drawings and models to meet design intent; 2) Extracting data from a variety of sources; AND 3) Researching solutions to operational problems covered by precedent. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
GS-08 One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Preparing preliminary drawings and models to meet design intent, 2) Assisting in the preparation of documentation related to operational plans or designs , and 3) Assisting in quality control inspections of completed projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
GS-09 One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Preparing complete technical drawings and models to meet the design intent of architectural, civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering disciplines, 2) Making recommendations based on preliminary data interpretation or analysis, 3) Assisting in the negotiation and preparation of construction or service contract provisions, and 4) Applying project management principles to work assignments.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-08).
Education
