This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 15% of the time.
The incumbent is required to obtain Contracting Course's within 3 years of appointment.
Qualifications

Specialized Experience: GS-10: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1applying engineering and construction principles, concepts, and techniques associated with assisting in the processing of contract changes on construction contracts. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower
grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).
GS-11: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-10 grade level in the Federal service which includes: applying engineering and construction principles, concepts, and techniques associated with assisting in the processing and advising of
contract changes on construction contracts. Provides appropriate and reasonable strategies for the resolution of identified contractual changes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-08).
Education
