In addition to meeting the basic requirement, you must have one year specialized experience at the GS-14 or equivalent level. Specialized experience is defined as: Providing senior leadership and managerial direction in the execution of the organization's enterprise technology strategy, with direct responsibility for IT governance, service delivery, cybersecurity, and resource management, including deep familiarity with financial management principles and support for audit missions; Ensuring all operations complied with governing policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
