Incumbent is responsible for effectively implementing the Project Management Information System (PROMIS) for Walla Walla District in accordance with the Project Delivery Business Process (PDBP) and data quality standards, with responsibility for the Primavera and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) applications.
Oversees the day-to-day management of the team responsible for maintaining project and/or program schedules and resources in the Project Management Information System.
Develops, coordinates, and implements the District’s strategic approach to utilizing PROMIS.
Develops and maintains routine reports for monitoring, baselining, analyzing, and forecasting project performance and data quality, and for estimating time and budget requirements.
Provides formal and informal training, coaching, and guidance to staff and project delivery teams on the use of project scheduling tools and techniques.
Serves as the assigned Project Controller for specific projects and programs that are especially complex or regionally consequential.
Organizes and supervises section activities and functions for a workforce of 6 to 10 employees.
Responsible for information and records management as it relates to P2.
Performs P2 data quality assurance checks, troubleshoots problems as they may occur, and reports to supervisor and District leadership on data quality.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes managing Civil Works related project schedules, resourcing, in-depth analyses of project execution and financial data; providing data-driven recommendations and briefings to senior leadership; AND experience in managing project schedules and resources using Primavera applications. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
