Assistant Program Manager responsible for managing new systems through advanced development, production and fielding.
Assistant Program Manager responsible for managing new systems through fielded systems undergoing extensive modification, retrofit, or rebuild.
Assistant Program Manager responsible for managing new systems through specified categories of critical problem issues associated with one or more fielded systems.
Exercises management control of all functional inputs to the program.
Develops plans for accomplishment of assigned projects.
Develops and establishes the controls necessary to manage internal operations, matrix support and the support of other command and agencies.
