Multiple - Position may be filled as a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade not to exceed (NTE) 13 Months, may be made permanent by a current permanent Army employee.
Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 11.
This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
This position is subject to the provisions of the Domestic Violence Offender Gun Ban commonly referred to as the Lautenberg Amendment.
This act bans individuals convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence and certain others from possession or access to firearms or ammunition.

Current Department of Army Civilian Employees Applying on Time-Limited Assignments
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1. Generating inventory findings to resolve discrepancies. ; 2. Verifying ammunition management system data to ensure accuracy. ; 3. Maintaining ammunition stock record data by using automated systems to ensure accurate tracking. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
Education
