  • This position requires that the employee occasionally travel away from the normal duty station up to 20% of the time.
  • Call back and emergency duty are occasional requirements of this position.
  • Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450.
  • Incumbent requires to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance Level.
  • Drug testing designated position (TDP) under the Department of the Army Drug-Free Federal Workplace Program in accordance with AR 600-85.
  • Supervisory Probationary may be required.

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Represents the organization on matters related to operations and training; (2) Provides guidance on short- and long-range plans, resolved personnel issues, and making decisions on complex work problems; (3) Serves as a senior advisor on program management, personnel, operations, security, budgeting, administration, and systems management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).

Education
