You will present realistic photographic renderings of events or occurrences, which requires using a high degree of ingenuity and imagination.
You will create images from a wide variety of materials and processes that includes still photography in the studio and in the field.
You will modify images, video, and text using advanced software to effect design, style, layout, and sequence.
You will plan projects and use verbal, written, and visual communication to interpret, collaborate, and understand needs and constraints of the project.
You will collaborate with the customer to determine the materials and techniques most suitable to achieve their goals.
You will use video equipment, scanners, digital capture equipment or conventional artists materials to generate finished products.

Qualifications
For the GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as: applying operational principles to operate reality capture equipment (e.g., handheld scanners) OR unmanned systems for defined projects; performing established post-processing techniques on the collected data; and preparing visual information products like 3D models or imagery to support technical assignments under general supervision. For the GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as: assisting senior specialists in the operation of reality capture equipment OR unmanned systems; performing routine aspects of data processing using established software and procedures; and organizing digital files and preparing basic visual materials as part of a larger project with frequent oversight. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. For the GS-09:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree that included a major study in commercial art, fine arts, art history, industrial design, architecture, drafting, interior design, photography, visual communication, or other fields related to the position being filled; OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree that included a major study in commercial art, fine arts, art history, industrial design, architecture, drafting, interior design, photography, visual communication, or other fields related to the position being filled; OR
