Performs maintenance on items including but not limited to commercial centrifugal chillers, reciprocating units, rotary units, heat pumps, cooling towers, air cooled condensers, walk in and reach in freezers, refrigerators.
Performs preventative maintenance on assigned equipment and systems within the facility.
Repairs and/or installs sophisticated heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Select trade tools and/or precision instruments for repairs.
Diagnose system problems by visual and/or audible examination.
Troubleshoot equipment under simulated or actual operating conditions to isolate problems.

This position may require the incumbent to possess and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states.

I am skilled in installing, maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting, mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic precision equipment and control devices. I work on my own initiative under general supervision subject to occasional inspection.
