  • The incumbent serves in a developmental capacity assisting with a wide variety of management operational functions.
  • The employee works in strict adherence to specific, detailed guidelines provided by a supervisor.
  • Assist senior analysts in identifying and developing data that is required for the management of programs.
  • Researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices for the agency.

  • Must be accepted for enrollment or currently enrolled in the 2026 Spring or upcoming semester and seeking a degree (diploma, certificate, etc.) in a qualifying educational institution on a full or half time basis.

Qualifications

Who May Be Considered: Students Enrolled or accepted for enrollment during the current 2026 or next upcoming semester in a degree-seeking program (diploma, certificate, etc.) in an accredited/qualifying educational Institution, on a full or half-time basis.

Student Trainees qualify based on educational achievements:

  • For the GG-03 grade level: Completion of 1 full academic year of post high school study.
  • For the GG-04 grade level: Completion of 2 full academic years of post-high school study or associate's degree.
  • For the GG-05 grade level: Completion of all requirements for a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
  • For the GG-07 grade level: Completion of 1 full academic year of graduate level education or eligibility under the Superior Academic Achievement Provision after completing a bachelor's degree.

Transcripts (Are Required) - To be eligible for the Student Internship Program, you must submit unofficial/official transcripts with the current 2026 enrollment period course load along with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 - The absence of this information will result in an ineligible rating.

Education

  • For the GG-03 grade level: Completion of 1 full academic year of post high school study.
  • For the GG-04 grade level: Completion of 2 full academic years of post-high school study or associate's degree.
  • For the GG-05 grade level: Completion of all requirements for a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
  • For the GG-07 grade level: Completion of 1 full academic year of graduate level education or eligibility under the Superior Academic Achievement Provision after completing a bachelor's degree.
Qualifying education must be conferred or awarded by the closing date of this announcement.
