Individuals who have obtained a qualifying Associates, Bachelor's, Master's, Professional, Doctorate, Vocational or Technical degree/certificate from a qualifying educational institution, within the previous 2 years OR Veterans (as defined in 5 U.S.C. 2108) who were unable to apply within 2 years of obtaining a qualifying degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution due to their military service obligation.
As a participant in the Recent Graduates Program, you will receive both formal and on-the-job training to develop the required knowledge and skill to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Analyzes technical and/or administrative personnel programs which support mission requirements and determines program effectiveness and efficiency.
Participates in or conducts studies/surveys, analyzing findings and making recommendations which support assigned mission.
Participates in long-range personnel planning in support of assigned DISA programs (planning includes tracking, consolidating, and coordinating available resources relating to assigned programs).
This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
Current Federal Career/Career-Conditional employee, will be placed on an Excepted appointment.
Qualifications
Who May Be Considered:
Individuals who have obtained a qualifying Associates, Bachelor's, Master's, Professional, Doctorate, Vocational or Technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution, within the previous 2 years.
OR
Veterans (as defined in 5 U.S.C. 2108) who were unable to apply within 2 years of obtaining a qualifying Associates, Bachelor's, Master's, Professional, Doctorate, Vocational or Technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution due to their military service obligation. Veterans have a full 2-year eligibility period to apply upon his/her release or discharge from active duty. The eligibility period for veterans must be within 6 years of degree completion. You MUST provide your DD-214 to support this claim.
In addition to meeting the Eligibility requirement above, your resume must demonstrate the following Qualifying Experience:

Education
Substitution of education for experience at the 07 grade level: Completion of 1 full academic year of graduate level education; or Eligibility under the Superior Academic Achievement Provision and completion of a bachelor's degree.
Superior Academic Achievement: Completion of all the requirements for a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and claim eligibility for superior academic achievement based on one of the following: a grade point average of a 3.0 or
higher on a 4.0 scale, class standing in the upper third of my graduating class or major subdivision, or membership in a
national scholastic honor society. (You MUST submit transcripts or proof of education and any other applicable

Qualifying Education Institution: Any of the following educational institutions or curricula that have been accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education http://ope.ed.gov/accreditation/
