Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an Heavy Mobile Equipment Repairer Supervisor without more than normal supervision. Ability to Lead or Supervise - To meet the screen-out element, applicants should document experience or show the ability to do the following: skill in workforce planning, training and employee development; administrative and employee management; operation of motor vehicles; prioritize workload based on future deadlines; identifying training needs; and operating the full range of gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

  • New Army Reserve Military Technicians may be authorized moving expenses to their first official duty station. To be eligible to receive moving expenses, you must be a newly appointed Federal civilian employee or have a minimum of a 3-day break in service from previous Federal civilian employment.
  • One year supervisory probationary period may be required.
  • As a supervisor, you must comply with the Army Civilian Education System (CES) course and timeline requirements. The Supervisory Development Course (SDC) must be completed within one year of placement into a supervisory position, to include those with supervisory duties less than 25% of the position.
