Serve as a Project Manager for construction, and repairprojects for all phases of a project, from predesign to construction phase.
Coordinate requests for services with customers and ensures all service contract requirements are identified on the Advanced Acquisition Management Plan.
Determine requirements, authors Scope of Work (SOW) or Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Estimates(IGE), and other contract support documents.
Administer contracts for a variety of procurement vehicles as well as service contracts.
Coordinate construction operations with using activities, other contractors, and installation organizations to avoid any unnecessary interruption of work.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
This position requires initial and annual medical surveillance due to occupational exposures within the workplace. Medical surveillance will be conducted in accordance with OSHA, DOD, DA, regulations and guidance.
