All Candidates who are: Current or former federal employees qualifying as Status Candidates, VEOA eligibles, CTAP/ICTAP eligibles, eligible for special hiring authorities (e.g., the Schedule A appointment for persons with disabilities, or covered by an Interchange Agreement), OR Land Management employees eligible under Public Law 114-47.
Direct, supervise, and administer the overall security protection program constituting the operations and management of the Police Services Branch, including a constant appraisal of operational efficiency for assuring the implementation of approved maximum-security criteria into the program supervised.
Conduct a continuing inspection program of police operations for assuring that protective services are properly integrated and coordinated across organizational lines of the WCF and equally applied to non-WCF occupants and customer agencies alike.
Write and review all operational regulations utilized by the Police Services Branch, including special post orders, and emergency or short term directives, assure overall comprehension and uniformity in application and strict enforcement in compliance with established maximum security criteria prescribed for interior and exterior protection programs, and extending to enforcement by all occupants and visitors frequenting the property and grounds under jurisdictional controls.
Formulate and develop personnel training needs, establishing and maintaining training requirements for all police personnel.
Formulate and maintain budgetary expenditures of the Police Services Branch to include training, uniform, materials, and equipment monies. Responsible for contracts for a procurement of such items as uniforms, materials and equipment for the Police Branch.

Undergo a tax compliance review.

Tor the TR-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11/TR-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
