Summary

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector which demonstrates experience with the following:
Ability to process and evaluate large volumes of intelligence information from a wide range of sources, using creative methodologies for unusual problems.
Knowledge of and ability to use various communicative methods available to convey information, facts and reports.
Ability to lead collection and research projects using analytical and evaluative knowledge and the ability to interpret data.
