Qualifications
To qualify for the MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0343-13, your resume must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience analyzing strategic plans and operational requirements to assess their impact on sealift transportation capabilities.
Experience developing or evaluating operational plans, mission objectives, and analytical methods to support sealift transportation operations.
Experience conducting feasibility studies or analyses of complex transportation problems to recommend solutions that meet mission requirements.
Experience analyzing the stowage efficiency of marine cargo, including accounting for variations in cargo type and vessel configuration to maximize transport capacity.
Experience serving as a key member of operational planning teams responsible for conducting mission analysis and developing and evaluating courses of action.
