Summary

Develops contingency plans (BPLAN, CONPLAN, OPLAN) using GFMIG forces. Creates associated products like COA briefings, decision papers, and presents plans to leadership.
Evaluates program progress, identifies deficiencies, and directs corrective action to meet objectives.
Coordinates administrative and logistical support for conferences and events. Prepares agendas, briefings, and synchronizes event calendars while resolving conflicts with senior officials.
Oversees contingency plan development and crisis action planning. Integrates and synchronizes cyberspace operations/warfare (CO/CW) doctrine, TTPs, and activities into campaign plans.
Participates in and chairs Joint Planning Groups (JPGs) to develop viable cyberspace options. Provides analysis, recommendations, and strategic guidance for effective cyber operations.

This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
In accordance with the DoD 8140 policy series, the position is subject to completing Foundational Qualifications in 9 months and completing Residential Qualification requirements overall in 12 months.
Local travel is expected to perform duties. Travel, including use of scheduled or unscheduled military aircraft, may be required in performance of occasional TDY assignments.

Qualifying Experience:
To qualify at the GG-13, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.
For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Developing contingency or campaign plans, providing crucial technical analysis and recommendations for operational requirements, integrating cyberspace operations, doctrine, and tactics into joint plans, and actively leading or participating in joint planning groups to develop effective courses of action.
Candidates must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume. All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement.
Education
There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-13 grade level.
