You will prepare and submit required Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) documentation and obligation data ensuring accurate reporting and alignment of expenditures with approved objectives.
You will direct and evaluate barge maintenance, repair, and modernization activities performed by public and private industrial partners
You will coordinate workload distribution across multiple geographic regions, ensuring that industrial capacity, funding availability, and operational priorities are fully aligned.
You will authorize and validate major maintenance actions and ensure work execution meets applicable military and commercial standards.
You will lead modernization planning efforts to align design, funding, and schedule priorities across multiple regions.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing, planning, and overseeing a Berthing and Messing Program by providing business, financial, contractual, logistics, and industrial management oversight to ensure operational readiness and/or organizational effectiveness.
