Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors.
Appraises performance of subordinate supervisors and other employees directly supervised and serves as reviewing official on evaluation of non-supervisory employees rated by subordinate supervisors.
Supports the commands and USA’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program through allocation of personnel to participate in community outreach and recruitment programs, ensures full cooperation of employees with EEO office officials.
Leads cyberspace training requirements analysis and program development efforts to define requirements, objectives, and priorities to address immediate training needs within the cyber force.
Leads the organization’s continuing collaboration with workforce planning and civilian/military personnel management/training authorities to integrate these cyberspace training requirements into their programs.
Leads team members in making use of the Joint Training Tool (JTT) to document these training objectives and requirements and make them available for use by other members of the DoW cyber community
Represents the Command in discussions and negotiations with external cyberspace program partners to explore establishing joint ventures for cyberspace training.
Guiding the Training and Education Requirements Division in identifying and forecasting operational training needs.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
