Summary
This position is located at Fort Jackson Recycling Center, Fort Jackson,SC.

United States (U.S.) Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
Supervises, manages, and directs the marketing, operation and development of the installation’s Recycling Program.
Operates a fluid, profit generating activity. Coordinates recycling functions with local community organizations, installation tenants to generate recycling opportunities for the installation.
Develops and recommends methods, or programs to increase generated revenue. Evaluates the success of the program in terms of waste reduction, cost avoidance, customer satisfaction and revenue generation
Develops business plan covering projected recycle programs, staffing requirements, funding levels, equipment needs and facility needs.
Establishes and maintains a recycling education program for the installation. Serves as the installation expert and advisor on all issues related to Recycling Program.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.

Work is mainly performed in office environment with occasional exposure to weather conditions.
