Description:
We are looking for a natural leader to be the face of our operations at the 18th Space Defense Squadron (18 SDS).This isn't a typical 9-to-5 job; you are the go-to person on-site, the central hub for everything that happens for SDA operations. On a daily basis, you will be the primary point of contact for the 18 SDS, engaging directly with Guardians on emerging issues and mission-critical events. Your day will be a dynamic mix of proactive problem-solving, hunting for potential issues before they arise, and rapid, on-the-ground response. You'll be responsible for investigating incidents, coordinating with multiple teams to find solutions, and communicating outcomes clearly to the unit. Your communications skills with the unit you're embedded with, and our geographically separated leadership will be key to your success.
