The Diversion Investigator (Senior Advisor) position in Arlington, Virginia:
GS-15: Must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level or pay band in the Federal service that includes performing the following duties: 1) Developing formal reports, studies and guidance on ways to improve administrative investigative processes and procedures; 2) Conducting outreach and engagement with organizational leaders and personnel; 3) Developing proposals to restructure personnel procedures and organizational processes; 4) Presenting and consulting executive leadership and staff on operational priorities and policy changes; and 5) Developing responses and guidance to address sensitive public media and publications
