Position requires incumbent to obtain and maintain a GSA approved Container and Vault door inspector certification.

Position requires occasional evening, nights and weekend duty in support of mission requirements.
The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
This position has a requirement to lift up to 50 lbs. in the regular performance of duties.
This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter.
This position has been designated "Mission Essential". In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.
This is a drug testing designated position (TDP) under the Department of the Army Drug-Free Federal Workplace Program in accordance with AR 600-85.

I am able to perform common Locksmith tasks including: Identifying key blanks and determining by inspection which are blanks are interchangeable. Troubleshooting locks and accomplishing minor fabrication of the parts when unable to obtain from other sources. Installing locks in doors. I work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

Working Conditions: Work is normally performed in well lighted, heated, and ventilated offices and shops. Incumbent isexposed to dust, oil, grease, and dirt when cleaning and lubricating machines and frequently to thepossibility of minor cuts and bruises.
