Duties

Help

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will:

- Supervise staff, including selecting or recommending selection, training, assigning, and evaluating work, counseling, disciplining, and or termination or recommending termination.

- Propel progress on executing assigned United States Mint projects including but not limited to leading Project Teams to champion and ensure on-time execution of assignments.

- Develop and execute business and work plans for the division.

- Direct the development, monitoring and maintenance of a system of key success measures to reflect actual performance.

- Develop, implement, and keep current a senior level dashboard of business performance metrics for monthly review by the Division Chief.

  • Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement.

The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized Experience:
For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:

- Identifying program effectiveness and making recommendations to improve performance; AND
- Recommending goals, strategies, and plans required to meet program objectives; AND
- Leading or managing a team of employees and monitoring their progress towards achieving project goals and objectives.

In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-14 you must have been at the GS-13level for 52 weeks.
