Duties

Help

  • Responsible for inventory supplies, furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E) and other amenities in support of the operation.
  • Ensures security of all guests is maintained at all times.

  • Ensures guest privacy is maintained at all times.

  • Must possess a welcoming manner and positive attitude; demonstrate effective communication skills; professionally interact with guests; answer guest questions concerning housing facilities; and provide information about local attractions.

  • Provide assistance in handling customer complaints, involving management as necessary.

  • Prepare purchase request forms/documents for approval and place orders for APF/NAF purchases.

  • Maintains assigned storeroom and is required to maintain a minimum of 98% inventory accuracy. Documents stock record cards and update them for receipts and issues.

  • Receives items and forwards documentation of receipt to the verifying office.

  • Issues supplies and amenities to authorized staff members.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
  • Must posses a valid State driver's license is required to operate motor vehicles.

  • Starting May 7, 2025, non-affiliated individuals requesting access will need a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or another acceptable form of identification to access CNRMA Installations.

Qualifications

  • One (1) year of work experience that demonstrates incumbent has a thorough knowledge of inventory and purchasing procedures, using computerized record keeping systems and basic safety including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
  • Must be proficient with a calculator and computer software (word processing and spreadsheets)

  • May act as APF or NAF credit card holder

  • Knowledge of standardized supply regulations, policies, procedures, or other instructions relating to the specific functions assigned.

  • Sound working knowledge of the structure of the local supply organization and the organizations serviced

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing

  • Must possess basic math and reading skills

Additional information

Salary is dependent on experience and/or education. Some positions have special requirements.

Selectee may be required to complete a one (1) year probationary period. Participation in Direct Deposit/Electronic Fund Transfer within the first 30 days of employment is required.
