Duties

Help
  • Serve as the J1’s Senior Integration and Talent Analyst specializing in the oversight and coordination for assigned USCYBERCOM workforce programs.
  • Conduct research or studies to guide the attainment of USCYBERCOM Onboarding, Integration, and Talent program goals and objectives.
  • Examine existing training/human capital policies, procedures, instructions, and guidelines and make recommendations to improve programs to achieve desired workforce competencies.
  • Prepare whitepapers for senior leaders’ consideration, including making recommendations for the Command's investment strategy.
  • Chair special talent projects and onboarding initiatives and perform special assignments to include long-term planning, functional/technical advice and guidance, and continuity of talent, education, and onboarding programs.
  • Serve as primary Command consultant or member of senior-level boards charged with reviewing and analyzing development of civilian and military internships, talent programs, and onboarding.
  • Present clear, concise, and well-structured oral presentations and written correspondence that addresses the designated issues, such as assigned studies, projects, or progress/results.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
  • The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam.
  • This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. Incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R and pass urinalysis testing.
  • The incumbent must meet NSA personnel security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1.
  • Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft up to 20% of the time.
  • The incumbent may be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime.

Specialized experience would be demonstrated by Specialized experience would be demonstrated by 1.supporting onboarding and talent programs to ensure compliance with established guidance; 2. executing the planning of talent program initiatives; 3. consulting with senior leaders regarding workforce strategies and goals.
