Serve as the J1’s Senior Integration and Talent Analyst specializing in the oversight and coordination for assigned USCYBERCOM workforce programs.
Conduct research or studies to guide the attainment of USCYBERCOM Onboarding, Integration, and Talent program goals and objectives.
Examine existing training/human capital policies, procedures, instructions, and guidelines and make recommendations to improve programs to achieve desired workforce competencies.
Prepare whitepapers for senior leaders’ consideration, including making recommendations for the Command's investment strategy.
Chair special talent projects and onboarding initiatives and perform special assignments to include long-term planning, functional/technical advice and guidance, and continuity of talent, education, and onboarding programs.
Serve as primary Command consultant or member of senior-level boards charged with reviewing and analyzing development of civilian and military internships, talent programs, and onboarding.
Present clear, concise, and well-structured oral presentations and written correspondence that addresses the designated issues, such as assigned studies, projects, or progress/results.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam.
This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. Incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R and pass urinalysis testing.
The incumbent must meet NSA personnel security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1.
Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft up to 20% of the time.
The incumbent may be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime.
