EOS's Executive Engagement Group (EEG) is seeking a dynamic, innovative leader to manage a team of high-achieving individuals in a fast-paced national security environment. EEG provides twenty-four-hour support to the DNI and PDDNI for all travel and executive engagements. While leading a team of elite professional staff and contractors, the Chief of EEG will execute mission at the highest levels of government in direct support of ODNI principals.

The leader in this role will be immediately responsible for hands-on, critical coordination that enables travel and the executive engagements of ODNI principals. This entails daily coordination and collaboration, directing action items to appropriate ODNI components, Intelligence Community (IC) and military partners, select elements of Agencies across the USG, and liaison with foreign delegations.

They will support functions to enable successful travel and engagements, while leading a team that excels at assigning, tracking, and executing tasks, negotiating extensions to deadlines, anticipating impediments to successful and timely responses, and maximizing efficient communications with executive level superiors.

In close partnership with the ODNI's executive leadership team, the Chief of EEG will lead and coordinate the development of read-ahead materials and briefing books to prepare the DNI and PDDNI for engagements with the President of the United States, cabinet-level policymakers, and world leaders. This officer is responsible for reviewing these materials and briefing books for completeness and accuracy and ultimately coordinates the final dissemination and briefing of products to the appropriate personnel.

EEG's leader will provide training and continuous guidance to their team, empowering them to respond to taskings expeditiously while simultaneously preparing staff packages and correspondence for the DNI and PDDNI to the highest standards.

The Chief of EEG will establish and manage liaison relationships with ODNI component offices, IC agencies, and other USG organizations.

Lead a team of professional staff and assess performance, collaborate and oversee goal setting, and provide feedback on personal development.
