Summary
This position is located at NAF (Non-Appropriate Fund) Support Management Division, Logistics Facility, Fort Shafter, Hawaii.

United States (U.S.) Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
Manages all real property sustainment, restoration, modernization and new construction projects for the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Directorate
(MWRD) at the garrison level.
Prepares studies and analyses that justify projects as the most feasible alternatives to satisfy MWRD program needs.
Conducts economic analyses of alternatives for projects as directed, Advises the NAF Support Chief on findings, conclusions and
recommendations.
Develops functional project requirements through the preparation of project development brochures, drawings, makes layouts to
determine relative positions of components of intricate mechanisms.
Ascertains that all information needed for production is provided in accordance
with appropriate design and drafting standards.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one-year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
