You will plan and carry out all assignments necessary to collect needed intelligence information in the Seoul, Republic of Korea area of responsibility.
You will spot, assess, and handle U.S. and non-U.S. citizens who have access to foreign intelligence information that can address national and service-specific collection requirements.
You will initiate overt collection strategies and formulate collection operations to develop human source networks in order to target specific requirements and topics.
You will prioritize sources with the potential for yielding high quality information-based on first-hand knowledge of assigned area of responsibility and outstanding intelligence requirements.
You will brief high-level managers and other key personnel, debriefing sources, gleaning maximum amount of reportable intelligence information.
You will produce a high volume of professional quality reporting in a timely and accurate manner, determining the appropriate dissemination to the consumer base.
You will maintain overt liaison with personnel within the Service, outside intelligence agencies, operational forces, and allied governments as appropriate to discuss collection requirements and projects.
You will organize, coordinate, and carry out engagement opportunities with Host Nation counterparts for NCIS and other Department of Navy leaders.

Qualifications

Experience analyzing, coordinating, and evaluating complex counterintelligence, cultural, geographic, and technical issues to implement and monitor a major intelligence collection requirements program;
Experience monitoring and expanding extensive information network to identify intelligence collection opportunities;
Experience providing timely recommendations on assigned collection requirements management area; and
Experience planning, implementing, and maintaining databases for intelligence assignments; and translating, interpreting and communicating in formal and informal Korean language
