You will authorize and direct the issue of COMSEC material and/or equipment to assigned Local Element (LE) user commands and ensures follow-up replacement material is on hand.
You will prepare, review, and update future COMSEC allowances for all LE user commands including Special Operation requirements.

You will ensure specific written instructions regarding proper storage handling requirements are provided to LEs and users to include: local location of files, inventories of material and a general brief of COMSEC activities.
You will provide training to personnel handling COMSEC material to ensure they are familiar with and adhere to all COMSEC procedures.
