Plans for the use of workers, equipment, facilities, materials, and tools for multi-craft work teams.
Recommends solutions to staffing problems, engineering requirements, and work operations.
Reviews all work in progress for completion, assuring quality control throughout the project.
Conducts performance management activities to include communicating performance standards, counseling employees on performance and evaluating performance.
Manages the Wood Packing Material program and asbestos abatement efforts.
Pre-appointment physical is required and annual physical annually thereafter.
Incumbent must be able to meet safety and physical requirements (such as wearing a respirator, chemical clothing, etc.) for entering industrial areas or in the event of a chemical exercise on the arsenal.
This position requires a Tier 1 background investigation.
Drug testing required.

I work on my own initiative under general supervision subject to occasional inspection. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
