Serve as the Agency's settlement authority for grievances and other cases
Oversee administrative settlements, provide guidance on claims, develop policies, participate in mediations, evaluate cases, and recommend actions based on evidence and impact
Facilitate evaluation of legislation, rules, and policies, assessing their impact on agency programs, procedures, operations, and existing laws
Coordinate projects with directors, advising leadership on management system effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS-15 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, which must include the following experience: advising leadership and implementing resolution policies; reviewing cases to recommend settlements and participating in mediations; and evaluating legislation and policies to assess impacts and ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic decisions.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
