Summary

Determine appropriateness and then select, design, develop & deliver video based (and other) media products and services.
Establish best practices and benchmark other organizations through formal processes, learning activities, professional self-help and related org. memberships.
Manage multiple projects with differing complexity, content, deadlines and budgetary issues - personally performing managerial or craft skills or through a mixture of in house and/or contract staff.
Produce and direct linear video productions.
Perform all duties associated with videography, editing, set design, lighting design, engineering, audio mixing, and floor managing, etc.
Produce, script write, and direct video productions of various formats such as documentary, biographical, historical, informational, educational, and dramatic.
Ensures assessment, evaluation, marketing and promotion methods are applied as necessary.

Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Individual Occupational Requirement (required for the 1071 series): You must possess a bachelor's or graduate/higher level degree in a major study -photography, radio or television production, motion picture production, or other fields related to the position.
