Reviews each request for adequacy and completeness and recommends the most appropriate SAP/contract type (firm fixed price, cost reimbursement, market research).
Performs research and contacts with customers, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, or non-local markets to locate sources for items or services
Prepares written project plans and schedules for the completion of assigned tasks.
Procures materials, supplies, services, construction, commercial items and equipment and perform contract administration Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP)

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below.
Qualifying Experience: To qualify at the GG-09, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. For this position, GG-09 qualifying experience is defined as: Reviewing requests, performing research, contacting customers and suppliers, and preparing written project plans and schedules.
To qualify at the GG-11, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. For this position, GG-11 qualifying experience is defined as: Reviewing request for adequacy and completeness, procures material, supplies and services, construction commercial items and equipment, and performing contract acquisition procedures.
To qualify at the GG-12, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. For this position, GG-12 qualifying experience is defined as: Preparing written project plans and schedules, procures material, supplies services, construction, commercial items and equipment and perform contract administration Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
