Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes performing two or more of following, receiving and reviewing prescriptions using pharmacy computer systems; determine type of substance, strength or dosage and quantity to be dispensed, enter prescriptions into computer system, assist customers in medication pick up or drop off, provide basic instruction to patients on use of medication, and training pharmacy personnel. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
