Under the direction of the Marketing Director; Creates and develops original marketing concepts and branded materials across multiple formats and delivery methods, including print & digital media (flyers, videos, briefings, social media, website) for the 325th Force Support Squadron (FSS) ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand standards. Applies a comprehensive understanding of design principles, production methods, and modern marketing trends to produce high-quality, effective communications. May use artificial intelligence (AI) tools and platforms (GenAI, OpenAI ChatGPT/Sora, xAI Grok) to improve efficiency and creativity with content ideation and development. Executes projects using professional design and publication tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Lightroom). Produces both short- and long-form video content such as Reels and YouTube for promotional videos in conjunction with social media or other digital channels (i.e, Digital Screens, presentations, etc). Collaborates closely with marketing staff, activity managers, and leadership to produce accurate, compelling, captivating, and engaging content for events, programs, and services. Operates camera equipment, including smartphones or Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR) and Mirrorless cameras, to capture high-quality photo and video assets. Operates microphones (professional RODE) audio recording devices. Develops clear, concise copy for marketing materials and communications, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy with minimal grammatical errors. Utilizes standardized templates, style guides, and branding resources to ensure consistent visual identity and messaging across 325th FSS marketing channels. Supports website and social media management by applying "best practices" to increase audiance and follower engagement. Tracks & analyzes social media content performance to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with marketing objectives. Utilizes a ticketing system to manage marketing requests and ensures timely project completion while maintaining accurate records and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Maintains awareness, and keeps up with, current office tools and emerging marketing technologies, trends, and tools. Attends special events and squadron functions to provide on-site marketing support through photography, videography, livestream, as needed, and representation of the marketing department. Demonstrates knowledge and experience operating print shop equipment, including large-format printers, laminators, and cutting machines, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and operation to produce professional-quality printed materials. Develop efficient personal workflows to meet deadlines and support departmental production needs.

Qualifying Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications -OR- at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. Expertise in designing advertisements using professional tools (Adobe Creative Cloud [Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign] Final Cut Pro). Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including proficiency with Facebook/Meta Business Suite and Microsoft Office. Experience in digital photography, videography, and video editing. Experience in creating short- and long-form video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram/TikTok. Knowledge of AI tools for content ideation and creation (GenAI, OpenAI ChatGPT/Sora, xAI Grok, etc.) Knowledge of the Principles & Elements of Design. Highly creative, organized, and detail oriented. Capable of managing multiple tasks within deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. A results-driven and high-quality portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, and video production. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in social media management with demonstrated success is a plus. Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification is preferred. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
