Duties

Help
  • Works as an assistant for the Facilities Operations Team Leader who makes specific assignments, explains policies/procedures and reviews work for quantity/quality of completed projects. May work in various facilities. Opens/Closes facilities.
  • Issues/receives equipment to authorized users. Collects fees for items issued/accounts for monies collected. Prepares equipment for customers, explains use, monitors usage. Conducts surveillance of facility/reports any unusual findings to supervisor.
  • Arranges furniture/equipment for various types/sizes of events. May assist in conducting event. Cleans recreation equipment, supplies and facility. Operates equipment/self-help maintenance on facilities/equipment. Prepares work order for maintenance.
  • Polices interior/exterior areas of building/grounds and performs general housekeeping. Monitors inventories and number/condition of items on hand. Coordinates with staff to ensure equipment is available in time to conduct program activities.
  • Inspects equipment when turned in/collects fees for damages. Tests equipment for serviceability after use. Removes damaged/unusable equipment from inventory. May be required to drive a motor vehicle as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

  • This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
  • Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
