  • You will serve as a senior analyst and subject matter expert on intelligence analysis, tradecraft, and processes in all-source intelligence analysis and targeting.
  • You will provide technical advice on a wide range of complex analysis, evaluation, collection, interpretation, or dissemination of information and assessments.
  • You will collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and integrate complex data from multiple sources in assessing the relevance and significance of developments in assigned areas and in preparing new or revising established intelligence products.
  • You will plan, implement, and maintain databases for intelligence assignments required to process all-source intelligence and the production of technical or operational intelligence in an assigned area.
  • You will identify intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements to fill gaps, and develop analytic tools and methodologies to close gaps.
  • You will maintain liaison with personnel in other intelligence agencies, laboratories, services, and allied foreign governments to discuss production requirements and provide information.
  • You will serve as the organization’s representative at inter-organization and international meetings and conferences.

  • You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

  • This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
  • This position may require a 2-year DCIPS trial period.
  • This position has been designated as Emergency Essential and subject to deployment in support of the command's mission requirements.
  • May be exposed to hazardous or hostile environments.
  • Required to travel on military or civilian aircraft, waterborne craft, deploy onboard ships, or serve at remote sites as required.
  • May be required to travel or perform temporary additional duty approximately 40% of the time, in executing assigned technical advisory or consultation duties, both inside and outside the continental United States (CONUS and OCONUS).
  • Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to swim.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-12) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as:

1. Interpret, evaluate, and integrate all-source intelligence information to provide a wide range of technical advice to senior leaders.
2. Serve as a subject matter expert on intelligence analysis, tradecraft, and processes in all-source intelligence analysis and targeting.
3. Identify intelligence gaps and analyze and apply various intelligence collection methods to task systems effectively and close gaps.
4. Produce organization and national level products for presentation at high level briefings.
5. Represent the organization by participating in or chairing working groups and conferences.

Incumbent is subject to recall from off-duty status, and required to report to the command within one hour of notification.

Work is performed outdoors under normal weather conditions for the area and time of year, and involves varied terrain and conditions.

Work requires regular and recurring field visits which involve long periods of standing and walking over uneven surfaces, climbing in/out of/on/around machinery, vehicles, assault craft, aircraft, and ships.

May be authorized to carry a weapon as required and must therefore be qualified with the weapon.
