Duties

Help
  • Supervises team responsible for opening/closing fitness facilities and executing required tasks for daily operations of fitness facilities. Responsible for completing team duties when/if necessary.
  • Responsible for end of month submissions to include but not limited to Daily Accounting Reports, Inventory Reports, etc. Creates and manages team schedules. Assists in hiring actions and onboarding new team members.
  • Shares facility information with team. Assists in facility events.
  • Completes other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered Best Qualified:
Possess six (6) months Lead and/or Supervisor experience and 6 months Customer service experience
OR
Possess six (6) months Lead and/or Supervisor experience and 6 months Administrative or Bookkeeping experience.

  • This job is open to candidates who live in the local commuting area (U.S. Citizens and Non U.S. Citizens that live within 50 miles of Ft. Rucker, AL). Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.

Allowances and Differentials
  • This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
  • Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
